هدف الوظيفة :

تثبيت وصيانة البنية التحتية للاتصالات السلكية واللاسلكية، واختبار الكابلات ومراقبة جميع مكونات الشبكة، والحفاظ على سلامة وأمن شبكة الاتصالات والنظم المتصلة بها.

.الواجبات والمسؤوليات 
تنفيذ العمليات اليومية، لإعداد وتطوير الاتصالات التالية:

- الصوت :تقديم خدمات الاتصالات الصوتية الرقمية (الهاتف الرقمي )مع دعم التنقل.

- المؤتمرات عبر الفيديو :تهيئة غرف الاجتماعات عن بعد ودعمها ومتابعتها حسب الحاجة.

- اتصال الإنترنت :ربط الهيئة بالإنترنت ودعم الاتصال ومتابعته لتمكين الموظفين من تصفح الإنترنت.

المؤهلات العلمية:

- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص علوم الحاسب، أو هندسة الحاسب، أو نظم المعلومات الإدارية أو إدارة شبكات المعلومات.
- توفر مستوى الكفاءات الفنية والمهنية المعتمدة في الهيئة.
- كفاءة في اللغة الإنجليزية.
- الحد الأدنى من الخبرة العملية: بحسب دليل المؤهلات العلمية والخبرات العملية في لائحة الهيئة. 
- شهادة مهنية في ( Microsoft MCSE – CISCO)

Job objective:

Install and maintain the wired and wireless communications infrastructure, test cables, and monitor all network components, in addition to maintaining the safety and security of the communications network and its related systems.

Operative responsibilities:

• Implement daily operations to prepare and develop the following communications:
• Audio: provide digital audio communications services (digital phone), and support transfer.
• Videoconference: prepare remote meeting rooms, in addition to supporting and following up with them as needed.
• Internet connection: connect GASTAT to the internet, support the connection, and following it up to enable GASTAT staff to browse the internet.
• Supervise the network maintenance to ensure that it works efficiently. This includes adapters, routers, data transfer accelerators, and the equipment of wireless LAN.  
• Troubleshoot disconnection problems and repair them: network test/support actions.
• Implement procedures to enhance the IT communication services’ quality at GASTAT.
• Implement and follow up a tracking system to monitor all communication projects, in addition to determining the obstacles and suggesting methods to avoid/solve them.
• Install and test the communication network’s cables.
• Any other tasks assigned to him/her within the job specialization.

Educational qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Administrative Information Systems, or Information Network Administration.
- Availability of technical and professional competencies approved by GASTAT.
- Proficiency in the English language.

- القدرة على إعداد استراتيجيات تقنية المعلومات المستقبلية ومواءمتها مع استراتيجية الهيئة ومن ثم متابعة تنفيذها. 
- القدرة على تصميم وتشغيل وإدارة البنية التحتية لشبكات تقنية المعلومات في الهيئة. 
- القدرة على تشخيص مشكلات الشبكة والتعامل مع إدارة النظم والعمليات وإدارة أمن المعلومات، لحل مشكلات الأداء.
- القدرة على إدارة أصول تقنيات المعلومات في جميع مراحل العمر الافتراضي لها (من مرحلة الشراء لغاية مرحلة التخلص منها). 
- القدرة على الاستجابة إلى متطلبات المستخدمين الفنية المتعلقة بنظم المعلومات بصورة احترافية. 
- القدرة على تصميم وإعداد وإدارة قواعد البيانات بما يتناسب مع احتياجات العمل.
- القدرة على تطوير إجراءات تحسين جودة خدمات شبكة المعلومات.
- القدرة على الالتزام والامتثال بالمعايير الدولية وأطر العمل المتعلقة بأمن تقنية المعلومات والعمل على توفير ذلك باستمرار. 
- القدرة على الالتزام والامتثال بقواعد حماية البيانات والإفصاح والسرية وتوفير الوسائل اللازمة لذلك. 
- القدرة على إنشاء أنظمة وقاية وإصلاح للتعامل مع الكوارث والأخطار المحتملة التي قد تهدد الهيئة.

- القدرة على جمع وتنظيم البيانات والأفكار المختلفة حول مسألة معينة والعمل على تحليلها من أجل فهم مسبباتها والتنبؤ بنتائجها، واتخاذ قرارات منطقية حولها.

1. Ability to prepare future IT strategies and align them with the authority’s strategy, and then follow up on their implementation.
2. Ability to design, operate and manage the infrastructure of IT networks in the Authority.
3. Ability to diagnose network problems and deal with the systems and operations department and the information security department, to solve performance problems.
4. Ability to manage information technology assets in all stages of their life (from the procurement stage to the stage of disposal).
5. Being able to respond professionally to users' technical requirements related to information systems.
6. Ability to design set up and manage databases in line with the needs of work.
7. Ability to develop procedures in order to improve the quality of information network services.
8. Ability to adhere to and comply with international standards and frameworks related to IT security, and working on providing this continuously.
9. Ability to adhere to and comply with the rules of data protection, disclosure and confidentiality, and providing necessary means for that.
10. Ability to establish protection and repair systems to deal with potential disasters and dangers that may threaten the authority.
