Job Description
الواجبات والمسؤوليات:
- بناء خارطة طريق التسويق الرقمي للهيئة
- إدارة جميع قنوات التسويق الرقمي (مثل مواقع الويب والمدونات ورسائل البريد الإلكتروني ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي) لضمان اتساق العلامة التجارية
- قياس العائد على الاستثمار ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وإعداد الميزانية
- إدارة العلاقات مع البائعين بشكل يومي وتأمين تسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية المحددة
- تطوير حملات لإنشاء والحفاظ على مستويات عالية من تفاعل العملاء
- الإشراف على حسابات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي الخاصة بالهيئة
- إدارة وتحسين المحتوى عبر الإنترنت، مع مراعاة تحسين محركات البحث وGoogle Analytics
- الإشراف على تطبيقات التصميم والتطوير الرقمي لزيادة رضا العملاء من خلال استراتيجيات متماسكة
- تحفيز فريق الاتصالات الرقمية لتحقيق الأهداف
- مراقبة المنافسة وتقديم الأفكار الهادفة
- اطلاع دائم بأحدث تطورات التكنولوجيا الرقمية.
Responsibilities:
- Building a road map of GASTAT’s digital marketing.
- Managing all digital marketing channels (such as websites, blogs, emails, and social media) to ensure brand consistency.
- Measuring return on investment and key performance indicators and preparing the budget.
- Building strong vendor relationships on a daily basis and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within the specified budget.
- Developing campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction.
- Supervising GASTST’s social media accounts.
- Managing and improving online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Overseeing digital design and development applications to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies.
- Motivating digital marketing team to achieve the desired goals.
- Monitoring competition and providing ideas to stand out.
- Staying up-to-date with digital technology developments.

Educational qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing.
- Master's degree in digital marketing (preferred).
Minimum professional experience:
8 - 10 years of experience in strategic marketing and digital communication channels.
Competences and skills:
- Able to perfectly use all communication and media channels to deliver messages to the target audiences and segments, build relationships with media entities, and represent GASTAT in official interviews.
- Able to manage GASTAT’s brand in terms of the services and products provided by GASTAT to its clients.
- Able to plan and implement strategic communications plans which aim at promoting GASTAT’s services and products to its clients from both public and private sectors.
- Able to define, design and manage initiatives and projects within overall change programs, including identifying their interlinkages, priorities and implementation methodologies.
- Able to develop and edit content that will be published in all different channels, which includes bulletins of news, newspapers, articles, websites, and others.

- The ability to build and organize work teams, clarify roles and responsibilities, and enhance the capabilities and competencies of employees.
- The ability to understand the causes behind the change and contribute to managing a change initiative and implementing changes on the ground.
